Pear Body Shape

What is the Pear Shape?

The idea that the pear shape is viewed as overweight can be completely untrue. Most Likely you are a pear body shape simply because your thighs and bottom half are a bit bigger than your bust and top half. As a pear you have good things going for you on your top half so focus on that when you are dressing for the day. Your back, boobs and arms are almost all winners with this body shape.

The classic pear is a long waist, flat tummy, great arms and heavy legs.

What to wear?

Cropped pants are not your friend. They will draw the eye to your legs in the wrong way, however trying wide-legged trousers with a flat front will accent your shape in all the right places.b Be sure to balance everything below the waist, wear large earrings and eye catching necklaces. Skin colored heels and wedges will do your legs justice!

Styles for your Shape

This strapless dress with a flare skirt gives opportunity for a large necklace and balances your top with your bottom half. The flare skirt gives way to your bum with out being too crude. Adding a statment necklace and wearing skin toned platform wedges with this beauty will have you set for the next get together.

Wearing a sweater like this will add accent to your shoulder as well be warm and fuzzy for hot chocolate sipping and snuggling on the couch.

Normal Waisted skinny jeans with a flat front are great for the pear shape. They will show off your curves will still keeping you looking firm and slim
